Under State Laws, school districts are not liable for accidents, which occur in schools.
Parents are responsible to provide the appropriate medical protection for children. 
Clint ISD does not provide accident or health insurance for the students. 
Medical treatment and bills are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. 
In an effort to assist the parent/guardian when accidents occur, Clint ISD has
procured an accident insurance policy that is available for the parent/guardian to purchase. 
This is a limited benefit plan which is optional and is provided by the district as a service to assist in
