Additional Certification by Exam:

A teacher who holds an appropriate Texas classroom teaching certificate and a bachelor’s degree may add classroom certification areas by successfully completing the appropriate certification examination(s) for the area(s) being sought.  Teachers wishing to add additional certification(s) must apply online and pay for the certification online after passing the appropriate exam(s).  The new certificate area will be added to the current certification. 

If you are a current employee with Clint ISD and add or update any areas to your current certification, please notify our Human Resources Department.  TEA does not notify school districts if you make changes, updates or renew your certification.  Your certification will be verified with TEA and updates will be made in the Clint ISD Skyward system.
