Important details to remember:

• You will have to choose a Primary Care Physician during enrollment for TRS Primary and Primary+ HMO plans (link for PCPs: BCBS of TX PCPs Locator)

• Dependents enrolled in TRS-ActiveCare Primary or Primary+ plans who live out of state can receive coverage outside of Texas.  Employees must complete an Out-of-State Dependent/Attestation Form.

• TRS ActiveCare HD is the only medical plan option eligible for the Health Savings Account
