Frontline: RTI Tier 1 Documentation

1 Click Sign In
2 Click RTI
3 Click RTI Tier 1
4 If your student is not present in the RTI list, Click Add Student to select from the student body at your campus.
5 When you find the student that you would like to add to your RTI list, Click the Add button on the left. Don't forget to click on Close Window to go back to the RTI list.

Now you can Click on the Student's Name that you would like to work with.
7 Click I provide services and I am reading this student...
8 Click the Dropdown next to the label Tier to select an RTI level.
9 Select 1 to indicate that the student is currently considered Tier 1.
10 Click on the Calendar icon to enter an Initial Start date for the student.
11 Select a date early in the year to begin documentation. Here, we selected August 14 as our initial Start Date for Tier 1.
12 Click the RTI Status dropdown to enter a Status for the student.
13 Here, we selected Academic as our Status.
14 Click the Calendar icon to select a Current Data Entry Date.
15 Here, we selected November 6.
16 In the next section, type Your Own Name as the individual that is documenting.
17 Don't forget to select the current School Year.

Here, we selected 2019-2020.
19 Scroll up and click 1. Student Information to move to the next screen.
20 Select 2. Student Strengths and Weakness.
21 From this screen, click Add Documentation to begin documentation.
22 Click Copy Screen 1 Info to copy the information from the first screen and not have to manually type everything again.
23 Remember, you can manually type in the information in this section, or use the buttons to the left and right as a guide. For this section, we'll begin with Academic Weakness.
24 Scroll down and click Add Reading comprehension to Academic Weakness

It's always best to include some clarification for the RTI Committee.
Next, click Add Reading fluency to Academic Weakness
26 Now we'll move on to Behavior Strengths.
27 Scroll up and click Add Follows school rules to Academic Weakness
28 Scroll down and click Add Interacts appropriately with others to Acad...
29 Again, try adding clarification sentence for the RTI Committee.
30 Click Save and close add select popup
31 Click Save again to complete the section.

Frontline: SAT Documentation
39 STEPS
1 The first step is to open Frontline - Enter Credentials, then click Sign In.
2 Click RTI to begin documenting for the Student Assistance Team meeting.
3 Click RTI Tier 1, since this is where we will be housing our SAT documentation.
4 Select your student from the list.
5 Select the best reason for accessing student information.
6 Click the RTI Status dropdown menu.
7 Select SAT, to indicate Student Assistance Team.
8 Click Save.
9 Since we are not documenting RTI, click No and do not assign a Tier level.
10 Click the Student Information dropdown menu.
11 Select screen 5. STAAR Assessment.
12 Be sure to select the STAAR assessments the student will be participating in. Use the dropdown menu to select.
13 Select the STAAR Assessment.
14 Click Update STAAR Accommodations, towards the bottom of the screen to begin selecting accommodations.
15 Scroll through the list and select the accommodations you would like to add.
16 Don't forget to click the Add button to save the accommodations.
17 When finished, click Close this window.
18 Click Print/Archive to save the documentation.
19 Click Automatically Archive.
20 Select RTI STAAR Assessment from the list.
21 Click Folder
22 Select 2019-2020 SAT Documentation
23 In the archive comment section, be sure to add a statement that identifies the reason for the archive. In this case, we'll type: Student Assistance Team.
24 Click Print Final Copy
25 Click Close
26 Click Archive
27 Click Archive Manager
28 Select your student from the list.
29 Click I am reviewing this student's intervention plan.
30 Click Expand Folder to ensure the STAAR Accommodations were archived.
31 Click Upload Document to attach the Planning Guide.
32 Click Choose File
33 After locating the file on your computer, click Send it to the Server.
34 Click the Folder dropdown menu.
35 Select 2019-2020 SAT Documentation
36 Add a comment for clarification.
37 Click Save
38 Click Expand Folder to ensure all files were saved.

Frontline: 504 Accommodations
20 STEPS
1 The first step is to open the Section 504 tab and click click on the student you would like to work on.
2 Select the best reason for opening the student file. In this case, we are clicking I am writing this student's 504 Plan.
3 Click the Screen dropdown menu to show all available screens.
4 Select 15. 504 Instructional Accommodations to begin adding Accommodations for the student.
5 If there are no Subjects available, click on the Bundle dropdown menu to add subjects.
6 In this case, we are clicking the Standard bundle from the menu to add all core content areas.
7 To begin selecting accommodations, click on the Topic Dropdown.

In this case, we will select Adapted or Additional Materials.
9 Scroll down to view all of the available accommodations.
10 In this case, we will select Colored overlays.
11 To add to our list, click the Add to list button.
12 You can click on Topic again to select more accommodations. For this training, we will also click Manage Behavior.
13 Let's add Reminders to stay on task as another example.
14 Click Add to list to make this accommodation available for our content areas.
15 At this point, you can begin adding the accommodations to content areas by selecting the radio button next to the areas you would like to add the accommodation to.
16 To ensure that our information is saved, click the Save button ...
17 When you are ready to print the selected accommodations, click Print/Archive...

Scroll down the list and select 504 Instructional Accommodations.
19 Click Print Final Copy
