AESOP ABSENCE AND SUBSTITUTE MANAGEMENT
Our District has purchased a new absence reporting system called AESOP. This system will replace our existing system effective November 10, 2010. As part of the implementation process all employees will be receiving a welcome letter via email within the next two days. Please read your welcome letter carefully. It will include your login ID, pin number and instructions on how to access AESOP online or through the telephone.
If you know that you will be absent on November 10, 2010 or thereafter, please make sure to report the absence to AESOP. You will be able to access the system by Monday November 8, 2010. If you need assistance, please contact the campus office or the department secretary. In addition, the following link will open an AESOP training video on how to use the system.

We are all excited about this change. AESOP is a very user-friendly system. Your patience will be greatly appreciated during the transition period!
