Important details to remember:
- You will have to choose a Primary Care Physician during enrollment for TRS Primary and Primary+ -Physician Directed (HMO plans)

Dependents enrolled in TRS-ActiveCare Primary or Primary+ plans who live out of state can receive coverage outside of Texas. Employees must complete an Out-of-State Dependent/Attestation Form.

TRS ActiveCare HD is the only medical plan option eligible for the Health Savings Account
