How to Become a Vendor

 

How to become a vendor with Clint ISD.

There are three ways to become a vendor with Clint ISD.

1. Register at the district's ebid website, respond to a bid and be awarded.

1.  To register at the ebid website go to https://clintisd.ionwave.net/login.aspx .
2.  Make sure to select any relevant commodities you offer from the list.
3.  We suggest using an email address multiple users have access to.

2. Be an awarded vendor in an inter-local agreement or cooperative that the district participates in. A brief list of the inter-local agreements and cooperatives for the district is included below. If you are part of an inter-local, the district participates in, see item 3.

3. Requests from our end users. Those requests are reviewed and, if possible, the vendor is added. Please be aware that there are factors that may prevent a vendor from being added. Some examples of those are:

1.  What our threshold is for the commodity or service being offered.
2.  Company’s prior history with the district.
3.  Total anticipated expenditure for the request.
