UTEP's Pay Dirt Promise

This program, funded through a combination of grants and scholarships, covers tuition and mandatory fees for undergraduate Texas resident students whose families have an adjusted gross income of $100,000 or less. Students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements, enroll in a minimum of 9 credit hours each fall and spring, have financial need, and complete 21 credit hours every academic year.
