Transition

In Clint ISD, we aim to ensure that students receiving special education services can cultivate independence, self-advocacy, and success beyond high school through individualized transition plans. This process commences in 6th grade and continues through graduation, as we recognize the importance of educating both students and their families about the numerous opportunities and resources within our schools and community. We are committed to fostering strong relationships with students, families, and community partners to promote collaboration and communication in supporting a smooth transition to life after high school.
