Incident IQ (iiQ) users have one of two roles.

Requestors - Any district staff member with a Clint ISD Google Account (Can submit a request/ticket for IT service)

Note to Requestors: Do your best to identify the correct ticket type that describes the issue you are experiencing. Tickets are routed to the appropriate staff member based on what you select. Choosing the wrong ticket type will delay the response time from staff members. Reserve choosing "Issue Not Listed" as a last resort, our team will route the ticket internally as needed.

Agents - district staff members that resolve IT tickets (i.e. Dept of TIS Field Technicians) and/or CheckIn/Out Assets (i.e. Librarians, Tech Coaches, Budget Clerks, Secretaries, Admin Assistants)
