CAMPUS HUNT GROUPS
The front office at all campus locations will be adopting a calling hunt group configuration. This configuration will ensure that all incoming calls are answered by a member of the campus. The main extension of the campus will now play a pre-recorded message for the end user and forward the call to the available front office staff members. If an end user calls the campus outside of call manager hours
Elementary: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Secondary 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A pre-recorded message will be played, and a voicemail may be left on the receptionist's extension.
