We are thrilled and excited for this new school year at Carroll T. Welch, Home of the Panthers! My vision is to help our students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. In doing so, we will need your help and support. I believe your child’s best opportunities for success are made possible through learning partnerships therefore, it is critically important that staff, students, and parents work together to ensure his/her success. This year, we are very proud to announce that CTW will have a Panther Music Academy! Each grade level will have the opportunity to learn and play different musical instruments. This is the only elementary school in the District that has this prestigious music academy!
