Linking Discipline Referrals

When an offense is committed by more than one student, the students should be assigned the same incident number. 

Example #1: Fighting…there must be more than one student assigned code '41' for fighting.  Assign the first student an incident number, then manually add the same number to the other student(s). 

Example #2: Arson…if more than one student set fire to the building, then all students should be reported with the same offense code.
