CISD PEIMS Discipline Verification Process 

Discipline data is submitted to TEA in the PEIMS Summer Submission due in June 

• PEIMS Discipline and attendance records are to be reconciled at the end of each 9weeks to ensure data quality. 

• PEIMS Services will conduct an internal review in February to monitor the accuracy of data entry and timely reporting. 

• PEIMS Services shall review discipline records for Out-of-Compliance in accordance to Chapter 37 and notify the campus prior to submitting the data to TEA in June
