Clint Independent School District offers free, full-day Prekindergarten (Pre-K) for the 2026-2027 school year.
The program is offered to all children who turn 4 years old by September 1, 2026.
Our Pre-K Registration is dedicated to assisting you and your pre-k scholar get ready for the upcoming year in a new school.
Pre-K Registration is opening on April 11, 2026!
Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 8 a.m. through 12 p.m. we will be holding our annual Pre-K registration at our six elementary campuses.
Your child will meet the teachers and get to complete creative activities, while you register and get to know the Principal and staff.
The first 50 students to register during the event at each campus will receive a t-shirt and bag!
Can't make it to our Pre-K Round Up Event? That's okay! Join us on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. through 3 p.m. at our elementary campuses to get more registration information.

- Birth Certificate
- Social Security (OPTIONAL)
- Proof of Income
- Immunization Record hard copy
- IMMTRAC (Electronic Immunization Record)
- Proof of Residence (gas, electric, or water bill)
- Notarized Statement of Residence Letter (if applicable)
- Legal Guardianship/Power of Attorney
- Parent/Guardian ID

About Our Program
Clint Independent School District offers free, full-day Prekindergarten (Pre-K) to all children who turn 4 years old by September 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year, regardless of eligibility. Clint ISD Pre-K students will learn and thrive in our 21st-century innovative learning environments provided at our six elementary campuses located in Clint, Horizon and Montana Vista. Our schools provide a nurturing environment for young learners to reach their highest potential.
Clint ISD Pre-K classrooms have been redesigned with state-of-the-art flex furniture and equipped with innovative learning materials for every subject area to accommodate differing learning styles and increase collaboration and engagement. Our unique robotics program provides our Clint ISD Pre-K students with an engaging and fun way to learn counting, sequencing, estimation, problem-solving and more. Clint ISD also offers our Pre-K students a Dual Language Program to ensure academic success while learning in relevant and real-world ways.
